Refund policy

At SnaxRus, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an order that is incorrect or missing items, we are happy to make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds for the following:

  • Missing items in your box
  • Incorrect items received

Because snacks are perishable and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns of opened or unopened food items.

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer refunds for anything damaged during the shipping process.  We strive to make sure everything is packed properly and accurately.  Once the box is shipped it is out of our hands.  With that being said, reach out to us if a problem were to arise and we can see if there is something we can do to make it right.

 

How to Request a Refund

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order:

  • Email: support@snaxrus.com
  • Include: Order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 5–7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our snack products, we are unable to accept returns.

We will, however, replace or refund any order that arrives:

  • Incorrect
  • Missing items
